Description

This is not your average rifle. Typically airsoft guns are based on a real steel version. But the maker of this gun wanted to build something unique from the ground up, and the result is something rather special, in more ways than one. Firstly the looks are striking, and different then you are used to, but very attractive. But what mostly made us end up loving this weapon the more used it was how practical and comfortable to use it was and the performance out of the box.

Good Power and High rate of fire are in line with guns of this price range, but its accuracy was stunning with shots firing out with laser-like precision. The guns fire controls are the same as an m4.

Its built with a durable version 2 gearbox and injection moulded polymer body with the ergonomics of the user high in its priorities. The XR-5 features top, bottom and side rails for mounting all of your 20mm accessories like laser sights, vertical grips, weapon lights or grenade launchers, etc. it also has Front and rear flip up sights.

it has two flip up iron sights that are made of metal.

we tested it with standard src p m4 mags that fitted the gun although a bit tight but would probably wear in, you can buy the CSI Branded spare 200 round mags from us (the same as coming with the gun)

There are a few different models of this weapon, but they are very similar, the only differences are two different stocks and two different forstock under barrel guards, two different front end cap covers and then several different colours, it makes a total of 8 ways you can have each gun per colour.

This Blue model has the Basic stock and the Ergonomic forstock and comes with the military head cap.
