Item Description
For sale is this Tanaka G33/40 (aka Mountain Troop Mauser). This bolt action rifle was beautifully made and is in great condition. I bought it for my Mauser Kar98K collection.
The original colour of the wood stock was too yellowish, and I darkened it with wood stain. It looks more authentic now, in my opinion. However, a few drops of wood stain are too thick (see pics). You may clean them if you wish.
