Bought this to upgrade a 416. Ended making it to hot. Took the rifle to around 375, so I'd say it's ideal for a DMR conversion or a very under powered rifle. This item is brand new. Put in the rifle, fired off a mag and chrono'd, realised it was to hot and then took back out. Thanks for looking
