Potentially a scammer so be careful. I currently have a wanted ad for a KTW M1873 up and Dave got in contact with me about it. Firstly he doesn't use PayPal so I wouldn't have had any buyer protection. And perhaps more importantly when asked for pictures the ones used were taken from a 4 year old advert that I had stumbled across. When asked for a photo with a time stamp Dave disappeared and hasn't been heard from since.
